Public Policy
WWF-Brasil’s Public Policy Office was created in 2012 to support WWF-Brasil’s integrated political strategy at national and international level. It works to strengthen and defend Brazil’s system of national parks and other protected areas, build and align institutional positions on important issues, engage the private sector and civil society in nature conservation, and monitor the implementation and promote improvements to Brazil’s socioenvironmental legislation.
